A recovered addict, Austin reformed his life by creating a company to help others find treatment. Along his journey he discovered his innate ability to market and grow online traffic which led into starting his second business focused specifically on marketing.

Stuck in the weeds managing two companies, he sought out help with scaling his businesses so he could spend less time in the day to day. After working with Erica for 6 weeks he executed on the plan they created together and with his new found time launched his third company which quickly hit it's first $100K month in it's first quarter.

Partnered together with Erica, he lays out the mindset and marketing for entrepreneurs.

During her 20s and early 30s, Erica quickly climbed the corporate ladder while fixing various similar process challenges at four companies. 

After the birth of her second child and often working late nights and weekends, Erica was hospitalized from vestibular neuritis, due to lack of sleep. She left her job to build her career in consulting-- to prioritize her health, be present for her children, and help multiple companies break through the process problems.

Erica now advises on operational process to small to mid-market companies and, partnered with Austin, coaches up-and-coming entrepreneurs to build the business and gain the freedom they are looking for.
